Phil began his fire service career in 1974 and has contributed to major projects including Heathrow Airport, Hinkley Point, London Crossrail and the Olympic Park. He brings extensive expertise in Fire Risk Assessments, fire strategies, validation and quality assurance, with a depth of knowledge gained over decades in the industry.
